Comfort Techniques for Labor
	Before Birth Classes
	In response to those couples who would like more practice time on relaxation, breathing and comfort measures for labor, we offer this 2 hour class. This class is designed to be taken in addition to a Childbirth Prep Class, giving practical ideas on dealing with labor including massage, the use of focal points, aromatherapy and much more. This is also the perfect class for those expecting their second (or third) child and would like a refresher on comfort measures. Please bring a mat and 2 bed pillows with you to class. As with all of our classes, we encourage you to attend with your partner. During registration, one "seat" allows for the two of you to attend together. Package Option: This class is sold separately or can be puchased as part of the First Birth & Baby Program which offers a discounted fee for a specific group of the birth preparation classes.
